If you are moving at the end of your lease, please take this form, to help ensure a smooth move out.

  1. Hire a Professional Carpet Cleaner. They are booking up fast so you should schedule now.

  2. Make sure you have a moving truck scheduled.  They also are booking up fast.

  3. Schedule your move out time on or before 12 noon on The last day of the month.  (MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS CLEAN AND READY)

CLEANING:

  1. CLEAN  INSIDE AND OUT OF STOVE,  (DON’T FORGET UNDER THE BURNERS)  REFRIGERATOR ,  AND CABINETS SCRUB SINK, AND WIPE CLEAN THE COUNTERTOPS.

  2. DUST BASEBOARDS,  HEAT  REGISTERS,  LIGHT FIXTURES AND MINI     BLINDS.

  3. CLEAN AND SANITIZE BATH TUB AND FIXTURES.  SPRAY AND CLEAN OF ANY MILDEW ON THE CEILINGS.        

  4. FOR FIBERGLASS TUBS YOU CAN ONLY USE SOFT SCRUB, NO             ABRASIVE CHEMICALS,  OR IT WILL SCRATCH THE SURFACE. 

  5. CLEAN YOUR OUTSIDE PATIO OR DECK.   

  6. MAKE SURE ALL SCREENS ARE ON AND SECURED.      

  7. TAKE OUT NAILS, BUT DO NOT  PATCH THE HOLES.

IF WE ARE UNABLE TO MEET FOR MOVE OUT  INSPECTION, , PLEASE LEAVE YOUR KEYS ON THE COUNTER,  DOOR UNLOCKED AND  YOUR FORWARDING ADDRESS, SO WE CAN GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK TO YOU.
